Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using chargeroute.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What ChargeRoute provides

ChargeRoute is an informational tool that helps you find electric vehicle charging stations along a driving route or near your current location, using publicly listed data from Google Maps Platform. It is a discovery tool, not a booking, payment, or charging-network operator.

No warranty on station data

Station listings, connector types, charging speeds, and operating status shown on ChargeRoute are sourced from third-party data and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. See our Disclaimer for more detail. Always confirm a station is operational before relying on it for your trip.

Acceptable use

Third-party links and services

ChargeRoute links to third-party mapping and navigation services (such as Google Maps) so you can navigate to a station. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those third-party services.

Limitation of liability

ChargeRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage arising from reliance on information shown on this site, including but not limited to a charging station being unavailable, non-functional, or different from what was listed.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ChargeRoute at any time, including during this early test-build phase, without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of ChargeRoute after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
